I am an Acupuncturista and Chinese Medicine Practitioner.  I love what I do and feel blessed to have been called to do something I am genuinely passionate about. 

 

I have been in practice for 7 years now, and have had the honour and privilege to see my patients transform their lives with Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine. Over the years, I have encountered many who have been frustrated with unexplained causes of their symptoms.

Chinese medicine recognizes that every person is affected by disease differently and that all levels of a symptoms is caused by an imbalance of ones internal and external environment. It is through this specialized and individualized treatment that has enabled me to effectively help people with issues unexplained or unresponsive to typical Western Medicine.  Prevention is the highest level of Chinese medicine and bringing the body back to balance helps treat and prevent the progression of one's disease or one's condition.

I chose the name Integrative Regeneration because it has been my calling and ultimate mission in life is to see the world of health care through a model of “Integrative Regeneration”, where the healing benefits of both Eastern and Western Medicine is integrated to attain the highest level of health and longevity.   

​

While this IS my mission in life, I do balance my work life with simple life pleasures such as doing yoga, making jewelry, playing the piano, growing plants, seeing nature and of course, getting my occasional adrenaline rush snowboarding, sky diving, para-sailing, cliff jumping, rollercoasters and... drinking red wine and eating!!!

You can find me in practice at Elevated Health and Wellness in Georgetown and at Moksha Yoga Wellness Studio in Milton.

Some of the conditions I treat include acute and chronic pain, injuries, headaches, migraines, indigestion, IBS, mental emotional conditions, stress, anxiety, depression, infertility, motor and neurological impairments, auto-immune conditions, side effects of chronic diseases and many others...

Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine is covered by most Extended Health Insurance and Direct billing is also available.
