Lesley is a certified human resources leader with over 20 years of experience. She graduated with high honours in Human Resource Management, and has excelled in the this field at both a national law firm and a litigation boutique. Her experiences vary, from creating a process for blind recruitment to help eliminate unconscious bias; helping businesses boost their overall performance and growth; creating policies and procedures for businesses of all sizes; and working with start-up and scale-up businesses to help them achieve their business goals.
Lesley and her husband Steve have two children, have resided in Georgetown for close to 30 years, and when not around town, they can be found relaxing at the cottage.
The driving force in Lesley's personal and professional life has always been people, and the "employee experience" is very important to her.
