Feel good in your body and find peace and calm through yoga practices. In yoga, we unite mind, body and spirit through conscious breathing, physical postures and meditation. Benefits include more flexibility, increased strength, better balance, stronger immune system, deeper sleep, reduced anxiety, and so much more. Our yoga practice helps us cope during challenging times, keeping us positive, present and peaceful. Jeannine is a proud mother of three, a grandma, a writer/editor and a certified yoga teacher, practicing for over 20 years. She loves sharing yoga with her students, especially introducing beginners to the practices.
