I am a graduate of The University of Western Ontario with a major in The Sociology of Aging, as well as from Sheridan College with a Diploma in Gerontology. My passion has always been to serve seniors with dignity and respect, and the Mission of Amica perfectly aligns with my personal mission. I grew up in London, Ontario, and moved to Toronto to further my career with Amica in 2008. I spent many years downtown attending Jays Games (big baseball household!), and being involved in the busy City life. It is in Toronto that I met my husband Matt, and we moved briefly to Brampton with our two dogs to give them a yard, and to slow our busy lifestyle. We had our son, Carson in 2016 and moved to Georgetown in 2017, and absolutely love it here! I have never lived in a place where I felt a sense of community right away, and it is one of my favourite parts about living here. We are happy we chose here to raise our son, and look forward to many years getting involved in the community.
